Oval Accent Notebook...

Still wanting to see ideas with the Oval Accent die?!  How about a NOTEBOOK?!  Because this is a Bigz Die...you can cut quite a few layers at once.  I believe I cut 6 sheets of Whisper White cardstock at once, for the pages of the notebook below.  Made it a MUCH quicker project.  Here is the notebook...

I made one like this before, and just remade this one with current supplies.  So much fun!  Here you can kinda see the notebook pages...

Now...in case you can't tell...the front and back covers are actually done with Window Sheets.  So I adhered the flower to the top layer, and the rest is under the window sheet.  It looks so much more polished and fun...

Project Supplies (all Stampin' Up!)

Project Colors: Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight, Tempting Turquoise, Old Olive
Stamp Set:  Feel Goods, Daydream Medallion
Accessories: Clear Oval Accent Bigz Die with Big Shot, Oval Framelits with Big Shot, White Embossing Powder, Sweet Taffy Designer Series Paper, Window Sheets, 1 3/4" Scallop Punch, 1 3/4" Circle Punch, Assorted ribbons

I love these flowers...

They are SO MUCH FUN TO MAKE! And quick...and easy.  I've shared these before.  But basically I punched out 6 scallops and just stacked them all on top of each other.  Set a brad in the middle, securing all the scallops together.  Then just spritz the top scallop layer with rubbing alcohol and scrunch it up.  Spritz the next layer and scrunch that layer up.  Continue on and it will get more full with each layer.  Then just let it dry and you have this fun flower!  As I always say...AMAZING what you can do with paper!  Too much fun to manipulate!

I love all your notebooks & this certainly is no exception! I originally thought at least the back layer would be wanna call it coaster board but know that's not the right word. But didn't see it on your supply list. What great gifts & "white elephants"!

It's just the Window Sheet on the back. You certainly could use a chipboard cover if you needed it. Thanks for your sweet comments, Pam!
